Shipping policy

As we are a small enterprise, we aim to ship all goods that are in stock within 2-4 days from the order date; if you need the items sooner than this please e-mail us at kat@katclaystudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. 

We use Royal Mail locally in the UK and internationally.  All orders will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the Royal Mail portal. 

International orders may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
