Shipping policy

As we are a small enterprise, we aim to ship all goods that are in stock within 1-3 days from the order date; if you need the items sooner than this please e-mail us at kat@katclaystudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. 

We use Royal Mail & DPD/UPS locally in the UK and DHL internationally.  All orders will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the Royal Mail, UPS, DPD or DHL portal.
