Refund policy

We hope you adore your handcrafted items as much as we love creating them! However, if you're not completely satisfied, please email us at kat@katclaystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide full details on how to return it.

Once we receive the returned goods, refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping and ensuring the safe return of the order. We suggest using a tracked postage service with insurance. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

It's important to note that this Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You can cancel your order by contacting us at kat@katclaystudio.com, and you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to do so. If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately via email, and we'll do our best to exchange it as quickly as possible.
